We arrived at this description of our work: This committee is a short term committee that will develop a plan of where the church may be in 10 years and develop calls to action to get us there.
We started our work in the spring of 2006 and we presented our final report to the Board this past fall.
Building on the work of a previous committee, through a series of energized discussions, we set out to create long term and short term goals--ones that can be measured and evaluated. We began with two simple questions and arrived at three major goals the church can pursue:
