Needed Donations
As the weather gets nicer and the controversy surrounding TC4 dies down, the public begins to forget that the encampment has the same needs that it did before. Donations have been decreasing as they are most needed: when more people move in (in the summer) and when TC4 relocates.
Urgent Needs:
- Shampoo
- Duct tape
- Rope and twine
- 8- and 3-penny nails
Basic Needs:
- Funding for camp necessities;
for example Porta-Potties, Dumpsters, phone, etc.
Make checks to SHARE /WHEEL or Kirkland Congregational Church. - Army-style cots
- Cold and Flu Medications
- Ibuprophen or Tylenol
- Socks
- Tents
- Tarps
- Blankets
- Backpacks
- Duct Tape
- Twine, Cord or Rope
- Flashlights or Lanterns
(electric only)
- Brooms and Dust Pans
- Large Garbage Bags
- Paper towels
- Hygiene Products (Soap,
Deodorant, Personal Wipes, Tissues, etc.)
- Tums
- Movies in VHS format
- Butter or margarine
- Lunch meat
- Eggs
- Tuna
- Saltines or other crackers
- Batteries: AA, D, 6 volt
- Nails (framing, 8- &
3-penny)
- Eye wash kit
- Alcohols & iodine pads
- Medical gloves (all sizes)
- Safety glasses
- Glucose

Excess materials are passed on to TC3 and other SHARE-run facilities, and excess donations to the individual church are passes along to the next host. Nothing goes to waste!
