The Other Side of the Coin
TC4 isn't meant to be political, but it is polarizing nonetheless. It often has to move without much warning, and even without a permit. Though the permit is obtained eventually, the process is upsetting to many neighbors.To others, process is of little concern. Their only experience with the homeless is with stereotypes; junkies and criminals. These people are frightened. However, one visit to TC4 is enough to help many people get over these unfounded fears.
